Although uncommon, in some cases, payments for new services or renewals can fail or be rejected due to external reasons.
Here are some of the common reasons why payments are rejected:
Your bank has declined the payment
There are multiple reasons why your bank could decline the payment, such as insufficient funds, reaching a daily spending limit, expired cards, incorrect payment details, and other reasons. In this case, it is best to contact your bank directly in an attempt to resolve the issue.
Your payment card was rejected by our system
IPXO could reject your card. The most probable cause is that You are using a card, issue by a Turkish bank since we do not accept Turkish Bank cards. You can read more about it in this article: Payment Restrictions in Turkey. If your card is rejected, it is best to contact the Customer Solutions team via help.ipxo.com
Outdated compliance for your company or suspended account
In some instances, payments can not be completed due to the Compliance form being outdated, you can always review its status by heading to Settings and Billing > Company > Press the three dots in the upper right corner and press the “Compliance” button. If the compliance form is expired you may not have full access to the portal or its features.
Another reason might be your account being suspended. You can read more about account statuses here: Account Statuses at IPXO
You used Proxy/VPN while making a payment.
Payments made while using Proxies or VPNs will be rejected to prevent fraudulent access or spoofed logins.
If your payment keeps getting rejected, don't hesitate to contact our Billing Support team via help.ipxo.com.
