A step-by-step guide on how to upload your Resources both as an IP lessee and IP holder.

IP Lessees 

If you’re renting IPs follow the steps below: 

Step 1. Access IPXO Portal by logging into your account 

Step 2. Expand the "Management" section and click on “Dashboard”.  

Step 3. Select the “Add Resources” tab and import your IPv4 or IPv6 prefixes. After that’s done, click on “Import Resources”.  

After the resources are successfully imported, you should see a similar table (the tier list and price might be different depending on the uploaded resources amount; you can find more information on the subscription tiers here.

Step 4. Click on “Activate Subscription” to finish the set-up.  

Step 5. Get back to the “Manage” tab and you’ll be able to view your resources.  

IP Holders  

If you’re an IP holder you have two options to upload your resources: you can either use the discovery function or manually upload selected prefixes like IP lessees (steps for manual upload can be found above).  

To discover your resources, follow these steps: 

Step 1. Access the IPXO Portal by login into your account.  

Step 2. Expand the "Management" section and click on “Dashboard”. Choose the Discovery Flow to automatically find all resources linked to your organization by clicking on “Discover Your Resources” below. Click here to find out more about the Discovery Phase and how to use it.  

You can then discover your resources by: 

  • AS number 
  • Subnet 
  • Organization 
  • RIPE Maintainer  
  • ARIN TechPOC 

Step 3. Fill in the information and choose “Discover Resources” to finalize your selection. You should then see this table if the information’s correct.  

Step 4. Click on “Verify Organizations” to initiate the verification process. An email will be sent to your designated abuse contact address. To complete the verification, simply click on the link provided in the email. Once verified, your organization will be validated, allowing you to finalize the discovery process and access your resources. 

Common issues and solutions  

Issue: Discovery Flow Doesn't Find My Resources 

 Possible Cause: Incorrect organization details. 

Solution: Double-check the organization details. 

Issue: I Need to Remove Uploaded Resources 

Solution: Currently, users cannot delete uploaded resources themselves. Submit a request to the support team or your account manager.
