How do I try the management service for free?
You can use the Manage service for free if you import up to IPv4 /22 and/or IPv6 /36. The free plan is available for an unlimited time.
Is the free version available for both discovering organizations and for uploading individual prefixes?
Yes, the free version applies to both cases:
- If the number of resources discovered when verifying an organization does not exceed the free plan's limit, no payment is required when activating the subscription.
- If you upload individual prefixes outside of the free flow but remain within the free version's limit, you will not need to pay for the subscription.
How to discover resources?
You can discover resources through the Discovery phase, which allows you to identify and verify the resources under your organization. Learn how to discover resources here.
If I am an IP Lessee and do not have my own resources, how can I use the Management service?
You can use the Prefixes import feature to upload and manage all the resources you want. Follow the step-by-step guide here.
If I am an IP Holder and have my own resources, how can I use the Management service?
There are two ways to upload your resources:
- Use the Discovery flow to automatically find and import all the resources owned by your organization.
- Use the Prefixes import feature to manually upload your resources.
If I am both an IP Holder and an IP Lessee, how can I use the Management service?
You can manage resources in two ways:
- Use the Discovery flow to find resources under your organization and upload additional resources manually via Prefixes import.
- Use Prefixes import to upload all resources at once.
If I already have an active subscription and have reached the limits of my current plan, how can I purchase a higher subscription?
If your current plan's limits are exceeded, the system will automatically adjust your subscription to the appropriate tier based on your resource usage. You can review and confirm this in the Billing section.
How can I delete the uploaded resources?
Currently, there is no option to delete resources manually. If you need to remove uploaded resources, you must submit a request to our Customer Solutions team.
