Managing your payments and invoices efficiently ensures seamless access to IPXO’s IP management services. This guide explains the available payment methods, where to find your invoices, and how automated payments work for IP management services.
Payment Methods
Payment for your subscriptions can be made with a bank card. Within the menu, you have the option to view the cards you’ve already added, add new cards, delete previously and select a default card for billing purposes. If you have an active subscription, you should always have at least one card added.

Important: If you are a marketplace user, please be aware that the payment methods for IP Marketplace and IP Management are not interconnected. This implies that you need to add separate payment methods for each of these services.
Invoice Overview
In this section, you can access information about invoices, including their statuses and prices. Additionally, you have the option to view the details of an invoice or download it as a PDF by clicking on the three dots located next to the invoice total.

Invoice Addresses
An invoice address is mandatory as it serves as the primary customer information for issuing invoices. It must be valid and accurate to ensure proper billing and record-keeping.

To add an address, click on “Create.” Addresses can be deleted or set as default. It’s important to note that addresses cannot be edited directly. If you wish to make changes to the invoice address, you must delete it and then add the updated information.
Automated Payments
To simplify billing, IPXO offers automated payments, ensuring that your subscription remains active without manual intervention.
How Automated Payments Work
Automatic Payment Process for Subscription Renewal: When a renewal order is generated for a subscription extension, the system attempts to charge the payment automatically. The process works as follows:
2 days before the subscription due date, the system tries to authorize the payment method and reserve the funds.
If unsuccessful, it retries the next day.
On the due date, the system attempts to process the final charge.
The system goes through all added payment methods until it finds one that can be successfully authorized and charged.
Orders

Here you can view all of your orders, both renewal and one-time ones. You can find the order list by heading to Settings and Billing > Management Billing > Orders.
