Find answers to common questions and/or create a ticket by exploring our Help Center

  1. Visit IPXO Help Center
  2. Use the search bar to find guides and troubleshooting articles. 
  3. Browse technical documentation, FAQs, and step-by-step tutorials. 
  4. Click on “New Support Ticket” to create a ticket for the team. 

You can also track your previous tickets by Clicking on “Check Ticket Status” or “Tickets”. You will be able to: 

  • Search for your previous tickets 
  • See the Status of your ticket 
  • See all of the previous replies 
  • Reply to the ticket directly for the Help Center

Ticket assistance is available Monday to Sunday, 8:00 – 22:00 (GMT +2).

Tip: Once you raise a ticket, you will also receive answers to your email. You can keep communicating from there.  

Live Chat Support  

For immediate assistance, you can chat with our Customer Solutions agent real-time. Follow these steps to access Live Chat: 

  1. Visit IPXO’s official website
  1. Look for the chat icon in the bottom-right corner of the page. 
  1. Click on the icon to initiate a chat session with one of our support agents. 
  1. Provide your details and describe your issue for prompt resolution. 

Live Chat is available Monday to Friday, 8:00 – 22:00 (GMT +2).  

Tip: It is best to use the live chat when you are logged into IPXO portal. This way we can identify you immediately.
